Orders

We at Zolnier are flexible — we take orders online, on the phone, or through the mail. Check out the “Shop Now” link in the menu at the top of this page.

Typically, items that are in stock ship within 10 business days. If you need your items expedited, let us know.  We can ship most things in 3 business days.  Special order items and items that require customization typically ship within 2 months.  

This chart will give you an idea of what it will cost to ship your order.  These prices are subject to change.  

To check the Status of your order, please contact us via E-mail @ ZGS100@outlook.com. Please make sure to include your order # and other questions pertaining your order. Also, for more options for obtaining your order status, please check out our “Order Update” page.

Returns

Fully priced stock items can be returned for a refund or exchange within two weeks of receipt. If you would like an exchange/return, please submit a “ Return / Exchange Request “ by Emailing ZGS100@outlook.com with your order #.

All items that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes but is not limited to: Custom Caps & Gowns, Custom Stoles, Diplomas, Covers, Class Rings.

We check over all returns, and if everything appears to be in order, we issue the credit. That credit will appear on your account within a month, less the standard 10% re-stocking fee.
